At the Georgia Adoption & Family Law Practice we understand that legal disputes, particularly those involving family and children, can be emotionally and financially draining. As a third party neutral we facilitate discussions that encourage the parties to consider the interests of both parties and the children, as opposed to focusing on adversarial legal positioning.
Vernadette Broyles serves as family law Mediator helping families find a meaningful resolution for their dispute through the mediation process. A strength Ms. Broyles brings as a mediator is that of an experienced litigator who has tried family law cases and can provide helpful “reality testing” to the parties. This non partial environment allows the mediation process to move the parties toward a settlement agreement that both parties will be satisfied with and can help save the high cost of expensive litigation.
